Hi

I'm opening a Powerpoint presentatation using a macro button using the VBA below, however, the links are not automatically updating on opening.

Dim PowerPointApp As Object
Set PowerPointApp = CreateObject("PowerPoint.Application")
PowerPointApp.Visible = True
PowerPointApp.presentations.Open "V:\Intelligent Board\PowerPoint 2006-07\PowerPoint April.ppt"
PowerPointApp.Activepresentation.UpdateLinks

I've checked the properties of the embedded chart/table and the links are set to open automatically...............

The only way I can get the links to work is by double clicking on the chart to expose the table which then updates automatically!!!!!

Is there anything I can do to make this happen automatically when the presentation is open?????????

VERY MANY THANKS
