Updating Links

I have code that opens another workbook and then copies some info. my question is, how do I stop the pop-up asking if I want to update the links?

    Dim ws As Worksheet
    Sheets("ENG Labor Summary").Activate
    Set ws = ActiveSheet
'
    Dim path As String
    path = ThisWorkbook.path
    Workbooks.Open (path & "\ENG 1041.xls")
