I have a spreadsheet which the cell calculates the number of days between dates found in two other cells.
It currently shows a weird number if one of the cells is blank, and I would like to show that cell blank when I dont have dates in the date cells.

Is there a formula for this?

Thanks,
Jane

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

Let's assume the cells in question are start date in A1 and end date in B1.

=IF(COUNT(A1,B1)<2,"",B1-A1)
