which in want in the below format

I have data in 400 Rows where i cannot use the same formula
i tried lookup but not worked. i copy paste the name of the agent againts
his complaint, blank call & comalaint call & then use filter but I have 20 days data & each day has 400 rows with the data
can any one help gor any other formula or solution ?
