I'm using the following statement, =IF((E17+4)=F17,"Yes","No"), and am wondering if it's possible to change the color of the "No" from the default black to red (or any non-black color) when the value is false?
How about using Conditional formatting to colour your cells
Use Format / Condtional Formatting
Select Cell value is / equal to No and then format to taste.
