Use Date to Find in Table

Hi

I would like to change the date in cell F1, so that only the values in column E show. For example, if I change the date in cell F1 to 01/12/22, I would want only values from cells E16 to E22 to be displayed (all others to be blank). Each time the date in F1 is changed, it should only shows the required values in column E (progressive change based on the date set).
