Use if with And statment

Id like to do a conditional format to a cell. Im comparing 2 stock prices. I need to have the cell chg color if if the high range for the day was higher at least .10 higher than the prev day AND the stock still ended lower than the prev day.

what columns are your previous and current data in

Assuming a standard Date, High, Low, Close header in columns A-D (data begins in row 2)...

1. Select column D and then hold down the CNTRL key and select D3 (column should reamin selected)
2. Choose Conditional Formating and use =AND(B3>=1.1*D2,D2>D3) as the formula
3. Pick your formating
4. Click OK
