use userforms to filter Pivottable list

Hi all,

Someone just suggested to use userform in Excel for filtering specific data for a range. I am looking to filter my data in pivot table and select the latest week or month in pivottable lists only information for that perticular week or month. Can anyone help and let me know if its easily doable???

Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
