Is there a way to prevent wrong data from being entered into a user form? For example if I had a table on and the user went to enter a number into a user form and that number wasn't in my table then it wouldn't let them enter it. It would give them some sort of error?

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Good idea, can I ask how you are naming the range?

Manually or in code?

I am using 2010 so I highlighted the range and then went to design and under table names just named it item_numbers and then when I typed that into RowSource it picked it right up.
