User input in a pass-through query

Possibly the second daft question of the day, but is this possible?

I have a pass-through query which runs an SQL script.
I would like to pass a date (entered by the user) into the WHERE clause of the SQL script.

Is this possible?

Is Access involved?

I do something like this, where I have a User Form where users can enter/select their parameters. I then use VBA to build the SQL string to assign to the pass-through query.

Apologies but I meant to post that I've solved it.
I cheated and only did it on certain sections.
