Userform closed when closing another open workbook

i have tried so many things but not answer.

Can somebody help me.
Everythings are on title.

How can i attach xlsm file here ?

Thanks but the question was not answered.
I lost 2 days searching and trying modify it but nothing finded. That is why i posted here to find some help.

But it seems that no solution for this problem, only solution doing it in a sheet and adding the same frame, button like in the userform.
