Userform Listbox problem

Good afternoon people
Can anybody tell me whatg is wrong with the following:
CRList.RowSource = Range(ActiveCell.Offset(0, 81), ActiveCell.Offset(0, 101)).Address

When I enter this I never get all the values from all the columns, I only a value froma single column. Can anybody help????

You need to transpose data.

Is there any other way? I have a huge table of data and it picks I need to list the data across the columns on any given row
