Userform Load Error

Hi Guys
Im going insane please help me.

I have this code:

Insert_Information.Show

I get run time error 5 and run time error 9 errors. ive tried Control Buttons, Form Buttons, Ive made sure the name is right also.

Why wont this simple 2 word script work?

try to include a module name when it is being called from different module
E.g. Module1.Insert_Information.show

What code do you have in the UserForm module? If you choose Tools|Options and check 'Break in Class Module' on the General tab, do you get a highlighted line in your UserForm module?
