userform with txtbox and option combination

Hi there,

I hava a userform with 3 option buttons and a txtbox

when option 1 is selected I would like the value to go into the next open row

txtbox1 + (kid u 2)

ex: value in txtbox 1 is Mary Jane and opt1
thus Mary Jane (kid u 2)

Hope someone can help with this
