Userforms and Sharepoint Websites

Is it possible to create an Excel spreadsheet with userform inputs that is on a Sharepoint website? I can get the spreadsheet to work on a local drive but can not get it to work on the Sharepoint. Is there something I am missing or ??

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
