Using 2nd search hit

Hi,
I have the following formula that works well, is there a way I can use it & take the 2nd 'hit' it finds?

=IF(ISNA(MATCH(A6,'Yr6 Wk1'!$C$5:$C$252,0)),"",VLOOKUP(A6,'Yr6 Wk1'!$C$5:$D$252,2,FALSE))
