Using a vlookup in VBA

I am trying to set up a worksheet "Species" for someone to enter data into. Currently I have a vlookup pulling a grid ref for a location from a lookup table in another worksheet "Lookups" when a location is selected from a drop down list in the "Species" worksheet.

I want to use this vlookup programatically so the grid ref column does not have to be populated all the way down the worksheet with the vlookup function text. So when they select a location it will automatically display its corresponding grid ref from the lookup table.

Can anyone help please?

Brian
