Using Collect Data by Email Function in 2007

Hi, I am trying to collect information by sending an email form to 2 test recipients. When they try to enter information into the text fields, nothing happens. Is there some setting that I needed to change to make entry into the fields possible? Has anyone ever run into this? Any suggestions would be welcomed!
