I have a script:

Set f = Worksheets("Comparison").Range("b4:b17").Find(a, LookIn:=xlValues, lookat:=xlWhole)

but I found that if the "B" column is hid, "f" has always been nothing. How can I fix it? Thanks

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
AFAIK, you want to unhide the row/column, use .Find, then re-hide.

No, I am afraid not.

Actually you can use Find with hidden columns by using xlFormulas rather than xlValues, ie
Code:
Set f = Worksheets("Comparison").Range("b4:b17").Find(a, LookIn:=xlFormulas, lookat:=xlWhole)

... which I should point out while is fine for hidden columns, will not work on data hidden by filtering
