Using Icon Sets to compare 2 data points

I have a Total column (from a Pivot Table) that shows the total score from a survey and then the other column shows the Company Average for that survey question. How can I use Icon Set to show an up arrow if the Supervisor score was higher than the Company Score and a Red arrow if the Company Score is higher?
