using percentage to shown duplicate value in two column

Hi,:cool:

i would like to use percentage to shown if there any similar value in two difference column.

example ;-

column A1 - WIRING HARNESS ENGINE
column B1 - WIRING HARNESS ENGINE(AMT LL)

i would to use percentage A1 and B1 have 90% similar value.

can i do this in excel ???
