Hi All,

I have data in column A and need to give them a defined numeric value in column B,Below is an example for same

Data to be given value Sheet 1

column A Predefined values
Ford
Fod
Frd
Ford
Chevrolet
Chev
Chevy

And so on.

Now I have another sheet which has data anf predefined values like;-sheet2
Column A Predefined values
Ford 1
Chevrolet 2
Accura 3
etc.

The problem is when the table from sheet 2 is selected as table array and Ford is selected as lookup value/unique key in col2/Predefined values of sheet 1.It only put 1 and 2 opposite to ford and chevrolet but what I need is that it should also put 1 opposite to Frd,Fod and 2 in case of chev, che, chevy.

Kindly help me out.
