Using the OFFSET() function when selecting chart values

Like the title says, I am trying to use the OFFSET() function when selecting values for a chart. Here is what I am typing in for the values

='Front Room Loading'!OFFSET($B$26:$M$26,0,$A$21-1)

And I get that my formula contains an error... help!

You can't use functions to define chart values, but even if you could, OFFSET would precede the sheet reference not the range reference. You need to define a name using OFFSET and use that name for the values:
