using the WEEKNUM function and Google Docs

I can't seem to get the function WEEKNUM(H6,2)-1 to work properly when posted to Google Docs. Can you please give me an alternative function or a solution to this?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
