Validation Dropdown Menu Items Missing

Hello,

Can anyone tell me why only the top 320 data validation records (out of 2021) appear in the dropdown menu? BTW, I'm using Excel 2003.

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
