Value-based conditional formatting in Pivot Tables

Hi everyone

I have been using "Custom" format on a calculated field in my monthly reports, so that when there is a negative development, the numbers are displayed in red.

This is done by using Field Settings > Number > Custom and then by manually entering the following format:

# ##0%;[Red]-# ##0%

Now the problem is that my account managers' clients do not want to see the percentage change (for example +50%) but rather having an Index (+50% would be shown as 150).

I would like to show figures below 100 in red, and this was done by my predecessor with a simple conditional formatting of the entire column.
Of course, the color settings would be screwed up when pivoting, so I would like to have the field rather than the column formatted.

Any suggestion? Does anyone know how to create a custom format for that?

Thanks everyone!
