#Value Formula help fix

=AZ2-BF2 - The reason why i am getting #value sometimes is because one of the cells will have nothing in it but a formula. Of course if i delete that cell with the formula the value goes away.

Need to make this work with no #value no errors. It can either return nothing or 0. Doesnt matter thanks.

Excel Formula:
=if(or(bf2="",az2=""),0,az2-bf2)
