Value paste in Column B based upon formula condition in Column A

Looking for macro solution..for below ...

1) Column A will have values either as "Y" or "N" or will be blank...Please note column A is not manual input ..but is formula condition based upon some other data.
2) Desired result by Macro- copy Column A independent cell values to column B - only for the column cells for which value changes from Y to N or from N to Y.....not when same value repeats . and do not copy when it is blank...
3) Step 2 should continue until data keeps changing/workbook is open
