I am trying to enter values -5% to +10%, and I want to increment by 1.

I cannot remember how to do this.

in a macro that would be +0.01
or in a formula =B3+0.01 where B3 = -5%

Thanks Charles, but I am still confused..I would to do this in a formula. I used what you gave me, but it did not come out right.

Percentage is a format so 5.43% is really 0.0543 So adding 0.01 to it will make 0.0643 or 6.43%
