Here is my formula

Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(JAN!$A$2:$A$8995="ILA"),--(JAN!$C$2:$C$8995<31),--(JAN!$E$2:$E$8995<31),--(JAN!$G$2:$G$8995=$A$5),JAN!$F$2:$F$8995)

is there a way to reference the sheet name "JAN" to a cell like E2?
