Variable worksheet references in external workbooks

Okay, No way to push the data from one place to another, so let me go at it from a different perspective:

I have a summary workbook referencing 40 different workbooks and their 5-15 worksheets each. The names of those worksheets might change on occasion.

How can I reference a worksheet name in an external workbook and have that name update if the origin worksheet name changes?

If both workbooks are open when you make the change your formula will self-adjust.
