How do I modify this of code?

I would like to use a variable for the BOLD and UNDERLINED segment of code
any ideas would be appreciated

You could use something like:

Dim str As Stringstr = "[PAYROLL 2011.xlsm]"


For i = 0 To EMPLOYEECOUNT - 1
        ActiveCell.Offset(i, 32).FormulaR1C1 = "='" & str & "MASTER'!RC59"
Next i

str can obviously be called whatever you like.
