VB Code for special event handler

I'm looking for a way to automatically do something in Excel based on the naming of a new sheet. For instance, If ever in this workbook a sheet is named "Data," I want a series of calculations to be initiated. The naming of the sheet should serve as a trigger.

Is this possible? Any ideas would be very helpful!
 

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
