VB code to save data entered on userform to another excel file on a shared drive

Hi All,
I have a unique problem & need urgent help

I have a user form which is doing very well. Now this excel sheet with userform is saving the data entered on the same excel sheet.

What i want is,
- User will enter date in user form
- the data entered should be saved to another excel sheet located on "c:" drive

I am not sure how to give path for an excel sheet in vb coding

Please help !
