<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <w:WordDocument> <w:View>Normal</w:View> <w:Zoom>0</w:Zoom> <w:DoNotOptimizeForBrowser/> </w:WordDocument> </xml><![endif]-->[FONT=&quot]I hope you can help me as I have next to no VBA knowledge -

I need to collate rows of data from 3 spreadsheets called Team1, Team2 and Team3 onto an "Overview" spreadsheet. The 3 Team spreadsheets have a single worksheet containing only 5 or so rows and they are all saved on the same network drive.
The "Overview" spreadsheet has a single worksheet and is stored on a different network drive.
Now if a person adds text to an empty cell, say E5, on the "Overview" spreadsheet then the respective Team sheet is automatically updated with the data from the "Overview" spreadsheet.

The obvious solution is to have the person (a senior manager – say no more!) update the individual Team sheets but that would be too easy. They want to update the Overview sheet with their comments and have that data automatically (or with the press of a macro button) go onto the respective Team sheet.

I hope I`ve made the scenario clear and apologise if I haven`t!

Thanks in advance,
