I need some VB that I'm going to put within some worksheet activate code to do a copy on the range V2:V36, then have it do a paste special > values on the same range.

How would I do this?

Thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Wow, I actually figured out something myself for once :)

Range("v2:v36").Copy
Range("v2:v36").PasteSpecial (xlPasteValues)
Application.CutCopyMode = False

You could also do this

Code:
With Range("V2:V36")
    .Value = .Value
End With
