Hi All
I have a program I have built in VB and when I come to update it, its abit or a pain in the backside....as its noramly always locked by someone.
What I want to do is to create a tempory file on the server that will tell me which user is locking my program so I can call them and tell them to come out of the program.
Microsoft Access does this by making a file extension called .ldb, and if you view its proerties it will tell you who owns this file....
Is this possible to do?
