Hey Guys - Looking for some help. I have a macro that works on multiple users machines except for one and can't figure out if there is a special setting in excel or in vba that got triggered on his machine.
  • I run my code that calculates sheet1
  • Copies sheet1 as values to a new sheet2
  • Then run more calculation code on sheet1
  • Copies that new calculation as values to a new sheet3
  • Then i create a fourth sheet (sheet4) where I paste in the formulas to take the average of sheet 1 and 2. The code runs in manual calculation mode until the end of the code where I run application.calculate to calculate the average formulas on sheet4.
On his machine when I run the application.calculate it looks like it is pasting stored values into Sheet3 randomly. I have tested the code to stop at the final Application.calculate procedure and manually click calculate in excel and it works.

I have tried putting in application.cutcopymode=false prior to the application.calculate procedure to clear stored memory, but that didn't work.

Can you think of any reason why application.calculate would trigger a copy/paste as values?
