Good evening,
I need some help please with creating a VBA for a certain file.

Basically I need to download a big amount of data which is the data source for a pivot table which is refreshed.

One of the fields is Names,so except for the master file I need to remove all data linked to all names except for Name A,refresh the data and then save that file which has all data just linked to Name A. Then reopen the original file with all data, remove every piece of data except linked to Name B ,refresh the data and Dave the new file and done.

I hope that makes sense if anyone can assist as not really sure where to start with it.

My file has 4 tabs,1 with the pivot and sliders,1 with the data and 2 other random tabs and all new files need to have all 4.

Thank you
