I have driven myself wild with googling to find an answer and i found lots of examples but anytime i paste it in i get range failed error. basically what i want to do is auto fill all the data down i have in Columns A - Q but the data i am verifying against will change every time, so column R has all my data and i want to go to the bottom of where it stops, i have tried Selection.AutoFill Destination:=Range("A2:Q2" & Range("R" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row) and it doesnt work, please if anyone can help give me peace.

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
How about
VBA Code:
Range("A2:Q" & Range("R" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row).FillDown
