VBA change Table Range in formula to actual cell reference

I need to be able to convert:

=IFERROR(INDEX(Elist[NAME USED],AGGREGATE(15,6,(ROW(Elist[NAME USED])-ROW('EMPLOYEE LIST'!$L$2)+1)/((Elist[[FH1]:[FH10]]=$I$1)),ROWS($S$4:S4))),"")

to:

=IFERROR(INDEX('EMPLOYEE LIST'!L2:L382,AGGREGATE(15,6,(ROW('EMPLOYEE LIST'!L2:L382)-ROW('EMPLOYEE LIST'!$L$2)+1)/(('EMPLOYEE LIST'!BI2:BR382=$I$1)),ROWS($S$4:S4))),"")

where

Elist[NAME USED] = 'EMPLOYEE LIST'!L2:L382

Elist[[FH1]:[FH10]] = 'EMPLOYEE LIST'!BI2:BR382

What exactly is the problem? Can't you do this with find/replace?
