As part of error handling I would like to check if a cell is unlocked (or locked) for editing. The sheet will be protected but input cells are unlocked.
This does work but it won't work when using a new unprotected sheet where all cells are usually check marked as locked in properties.
I want a more general solution, I only want it to be true if the user actually can't edit the cell.
