VBa code 6 lines apart, delete 4 lines from row 1 down

Hello everyone. I need to write the code from line 1 to line 10000, every 6 lines of numbers go 4 lines as the image depicts. Sincerely thank

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
