VBA code copy/paste : Copy a text and paste to a cell. If the cell already contain data, paste to same cell next line.

Need some help with Excel VBA code.
Appreciate if you could share your VBA knowledge here . How to combine the 2 col data into one per below sample.
Note ... My col is dynamic .. could be more than 2 . /Thank you in advance.

Just use formula & copy down:

... you just need to word-wrap new "faults" column, and ensure it's wide enough.
