VBA code - find text then multiply joining cell

hi, this is relatively straight forward for some of you experts out there:

I need to create a code to FIND data in column A, then mutliply its ajoining cell in column B by 5:

For example, here is my data....

I need to find cells containing 'TRTT' & 'PITR' then multply column B by 5, however keeping all other non-'TRTT' or non-'PITR' constant. So my results should show:

Maybe a typo somewhere but why does the bottom left value change from "TRTT" to "BGT"?

You could try this in a copy of your workbook.
It assumes cell Z1 is available to use as a helper cell.

Yo,

A simpler solution would just to be to use an IF formula with an OR formula including, ie if your headers are in column A and the values in column B just copy this down from column C

=IF(OR(A1="TRTT",A1="PITR"),B1*5,B1)

obviously change the words to anything else you want to search for.
