VBA Code - Save as

Hi all,

Probably just a simple request but cant figure it out!!

Need some code for excel that will prompt the user with the Save As dialog box, with a predetermined file name (e.g. "ABC") All the user needs to do is choose the location to save the file and press save.

Any help?

Try something like this...

Dim SaveAsName As String

SaveAsName = Application.GetSaveAsFilename(InitialFileName:="ABC.xls")
If SaveAsName = "False" Then Exit Sub 'User canceled
ThisWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:=SaveAsName
