I just upgraded to Excel 2010 from 2002.

The macros run slower in 2010 than 2002.

Is there a reason why they would run slower?

Any way to speed them up?

Thanks!!

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
What are the macros doing? It could be a number of thigns. It could be simply that Excel 2010 has more rows/columns than 20002, so any For-Next or Do Until or loops could be cycling through far more cells.

Maybe you can paste some macros in or give sample data, etc.
