VBA Code to calculate storage amount after 5 days

Hello All,

I have a sheet that i need to get the storage rate to populate in cell's Q11 to Q26 after 7 calendar days. weekends included.
based on the unloading day lets say 09/21/2016. from cell "H4"
storage rate is $3.50 per cbm, or $50.00 min charge, for the next 5 days. CBM is located in cell F11 to F26
on the 12th day additional $3.50 per cbm per day will be assessed.

Cannot figure this one out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

forgot to mention that when a date goes to p11 - p26. This would stop the calculation in the Q cells. Anybody have any ideas?
