VBA code to cut and paste

Could you help and write me a code that will get following results:

So from column A, to have cell A2 cut and paste to cell B1, cell A3 to cell C1, and so on until last position in column A

e.g WRAPROWS(A2:A26,3,"") where A2:A26 is the data to be wrapped.
