Dear All,

I have one database of about 100,000 rows having following fields

There are more than 10 to 12 entries for one Sr. No. Now I am looking for a VBA code - Which will give the details of above fields after entering Sr. No.
I am using Excel 2007.

Why don't you use AutoFilter or a Pivot Table? You could also use Advanced Filter. If you record a macro while doing it manually you will get some VBA code.
